Payne Timber has access to state of the art technology for large volume production or one off small requirements. The machines are designed for precision and high speed operation. Their high-tech design gives the flexibility to deliver a large range of skirting, architrave, dado rail and shiplap moulds.

Shiplaps & Cladding

Whether you want to clad a ceiling or build a shed, Payne Timber supply a full range of shiplaps, cladding and matchboarding to suit your needs. If you wish to use the timber externally we have the facility to treat to order.

MDF Mouldings

Our range of MDF mouldings is manufactured in the largest production facility of its kind in the UK. MDF provides a superb alternative to wood for a variety of moulding types from skirting to architraves and window boards. It is moisture resistant, contains no knots or splits and because it has no grain, creating superb mitres is simplicity itself. This superb defect free product is already sealed and primed as part of the state of the art technology production process, meaning all you need apply is your top coat or eggshell coat.

Decorative Mouldings

All the profiles in the range are produced from high quality Scandinavian redwood or southern yellow pine. Our environmental policy ensures all products within the range are manufactured using raw material which has been sourced from well managed forests. The working properties of pine should also ensure the popularity of our range with the consumer. With quadrants, dowels, scotias, glass beads and many other decorative patterns, the range can provide the right pattern for most requirements.
